We are seeking an experienced Campaign Management System Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of marketing automation and campaign management solutions within the financial services sector. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, and technical project delivery expertise to implement scalable, high-quality campaign solutions across modern and legacy platforms while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Design end-to-end campaign management solutions encompassing data sourcing, customer segmentation, targeting, offer management, campaign execution, fulfilment, and performance measurement.
Develop scalable solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and governance standards.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders and obtain design approvals and sign-offs.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, effort estimation, resource coordination, risk management, and scope control.
Collaborate with architects, development teams, vendors, testing teams, and production support teams to ensure successful implementation.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to business and technology leadership.
Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, and security testing activities.
Support production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across campaign management platforms and delivery processes.
Participate in product evaluations, Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, proof-of-concept (POC) exercises, and technology assessments.
Recommend solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer engagement capabilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of IT experience with a strong track record in technical project delivery and solution implementation.
Proven experience delivering Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement solutions.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines.
End-to-end campaign management across real-time and batch processing environments.
Customer targeting and segmentation strategies.
Offer eligibility, prioritization, and campaign orchestration.
Approval workflows and campaign governance.
Closed-loop campaign reporting and performance measurement.
Strong understanding of financial services products, customer journeys, and marketing operations.
