Job Purpose

Purpose of the job is to ensure Salesforce SME & B2C orgs deliveries from BLR ODC.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for Technical design, Change process management and status reporting
•  Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end to improve technology platforms
•  Take part in evaluation of new products, POC, Time bound RND and solution deliveries
•  Manage teams (both internal and external)/projects within given cost and time
•  Plan, execute, track and report progress of initiatives taken up
•  Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation
•  Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the Salesforce Related Developments.
•  Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges.
•  Manage Production deployments and any issues related to deployment.
  
  

Key Decisions / Dimensions

•  Team Management – Handling team to deliver Salesforce related projects.
•  Discussion with PUNE SPOC's for understanding requirements.
•  Involvement into technical solutions for betterment of deliveries.
•  Team Code review.
•  Application design and code level Optimizations.
•  Production deployment and involve in all prod deployment issues.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Tech Background Preferred

•  Work Experience
•  Over all 6-8 years of experience in SFDC.
•  Skills Keywords
•  Require good written and spoken communication skills
•  Require ability to lead a team and manage delivery.
•  Require hands on experience with Salesforce, LWC/Apex/Aura/VF Pages.
•  Should understand protocols like TCP/UDP, HTTP/SOAP/REST
•  Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues
•  Require knowledge on Java, Angular, SQL/Oracle,technologies
•  Required experience in Deployment Process(CICD).
•  Passion to learn and work on any technology
•  Self-starter
•  Should have Salesforce development experience.
•  Knowledge of Agile model development process, DevOps will be preferable
•  Delivering Cost and Process Optimized Solutions.
•  Proficient in using Azure Dev Ops, Azure Repo for version control.
