System Analyst

• Engage with end-users to understand the business requirements, elicit and document its information needs with respect to internal applications and reporting
• Gather requirements for applications, reports and dashboards to cater to the information needs across the spectrum of the business
• Should be creative, with ability to accurately and objectively comprehend a business problem and can easily develop prototype solution
• Advanced level skill to create innovative solutions to complex problems
• Well versed with Agile/ Scrum practices and comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Hands on experience with data analysis leveraging SQL, Excel, Power BI , etc and performing testing of BI solutions (data +functional)
• Excellent communication, documentation and data story telling skills
• - Hands on experience of leveraging Workfront as a PM alongwith PM certification and solutioning in Workfront is strongly desirable
