Rubrik backup , HPE Zerto solutions

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Rubrik backup and recovery and HPE Zerto solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. Hands-on experience in Rubrik backup solutions.
  • Provide storage provisioning for Backing up of the NAS/SAN systems.
  • Providing level three DAS, SAN, NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
  • Implement, maintain, monitor and performance tuning of the Backup Infrastructure.
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of backup/Recovery jobs.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance of the Rubrik and HPE Zerto platform.
  • Manage and monitor daily backup and restore operations and recovery jobs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures, performance issues, and replication problems.
  • Validate backup jobs and conduct periodic recovery testing.
  • Maintain backup and recovery policies and ensure compliance with data governance regulations.
  • Develop and document disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Perform backup and disaster recovery drills to ensure data availability in case of outages.
  • Assist in designing and implementing cloud-based backup strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
