Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, laptops, mobiles, printers, scanners, and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support (on-site, phone, and remote)
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults
- Ensure network security and data backup procedures are properly implemented
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track software licenses
- Create and manage new user accounts, profiles, and password-related issues
- Support implementation of new applications and system upgrades
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, warranty claims, and software renewals
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other network-connected hardware
- Document technical processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
