Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT System Adminsitaror , based in Kolkata. The role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, assisting users with IT issues, monitoring system performance, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role may also require collaborating with teams to implement IT solutions and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT issues
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with users and team members
• Experience or familiarity with Project Management in IT settings
• Experience & Familiarity with ERP and Other Business Software
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
