System Administrator Trainee

Job Skills:

• Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic Knowledge of IT Systems: Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
• Support network setup, troubleshooting, and security maintenance under senior guidance.
• Help monitor server performance, system logs, and backups to ensure uptime.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
• Learn and assist with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends, security threats, and best practices.
