Job Description: System Administrator

Location: Gurugram (Travel to Jaipur twice a month)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac systems (hardware & software).

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.

Coordinate with the Chennai IT team for dialer setup and SIM configurations.

Manage system upgrades, patches, and security updates.

Provide user support and maintain documentation of IT processes.

Maintain inventory of IT assets.

Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery planning.

Manage Wi-Fi and coordinate with coworking partners to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments.

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to Jaipur twice a month.
