System Administrator (Job Description)
About TMRW
At TMRW, we're redefining what it means to be a modern fashion brand — bold, data-driven,
and deeply customer-obsessed. Our mission is to deliver exceptional fashion experiences that
are as seamless behind the scenes as they are in the customer's hands.
To make that happen, we're looking for a System Administrator — a hybrid problem-solver
who sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Post-Order Operations. You'll be the
go-to expert for ensuring our operational systems (OMS, WMS, Returns, CRM) are running
smoothly, configured for scale, and continuously optimized to support our rapid growth.
The Role
As a System Admin at TMRW, you'll own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of
our key operational systems that power post-purchase experiences — from order fulfillment to
returns and exchanges.
You'll act as the bridge between the Product and Tech team (who build and enhance our
systems) and the Operations teams (who use them daily to deliver excellence to customers).
You'll troubleshoot issues, roll out system updates, ensure configurations reflect business
needs, and help shape how technology supports TMRW's operational backbone.
What You'll Do
System Configuration & Maintenance
● Manage configurations for post-order systems — including Order Management,
Warehouse Management, Returns & Refunds, and Customer Experience tools.
● Ensure routing rules, order flows, and operational parameters are aligned with TMRW's
business logic, SLAs, and fulfillment network.
● Own change management for operational system updates — test, document, and deploy
new configurations safely and efficiently.
● Partner with Product and Engineering to implement new features or process
automations.
Operational Support & Troubleshooting
● Serve as the first line of system support for Operations — identifying, diagnosing, and
resolving system-related issues.
● Collaborate with Product Managers to raise repeating issues and work on fixing them.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Translate operational pain points into clear system requirements and work closely with
Product/Engineering to deliver solutions.
● Partner with Customer Experience and Logistics teams to improve post-order processes
(returns handling, exchange workflows, etc.).
● Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system releases and operational
improvements.
Automation and Documentation
● Drive automation and system-based solutions to eliminate manual steps and reduce
error rates.
● Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
Who You Are
● 1–2 years of experience in System Operations, Technical Operations, or
E-commerce Operations — ideally in an IT environment
● Technically curious — comfortable in understanding system logic, data flows, and
integrations.
● Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to translate between technical and
operational teams for quick and fast fixes.
● Analytical mindset with a focus on structured problem-solving and process improvement.
Bonus Points If You Have:
● Supply Chain or e-commerce experience.
● Worked on Operational Tools and maintenance.
Why You'll Love Working at TMRW
● You'll be part of a fast-growing D2C fashion brand that's shaping the future of
e-commerce.
● You'll get to own critical systems that directly impact customer experience and
operational efficiency.
● You'll work with a tight-knit, collaborative team that values innovation, autonomy, and
accountability.
● Every day brings a new challenge — and a chance to make a tangible impact on how
TMRW operates and scales
