Requirements
- Basic Linux, Networking, DNS, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, Dev Tools knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring services is a plus (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativeness, honesty.
- Good English knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during night hours, ensuring that gambling platform is working without problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes and AWS.
- Escalate complex problems to technical specialists when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform.
- Offer ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological.
! Working hours: You will be expected to start work around 22:00. During the onboarding period, which lasts approximately two weeks, working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10:00.
