Job Description

Oversee end-to-end management of the ERP tool for project setup, tracking, and closure.
Maintain project financials including budget vs. actuals, cost allocations, and profitability reports.
Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate data input, billing milestones, and resource utilization.
Generate and analyze profitability dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
Identify and resolve ERP-related issues, coordinate with vendors or IT teams for system enhancements.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the ERP platform.
Conduct periodic data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of project-related information.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP usage and reporting.
