About the Role
We are looking for a CRM System Administrator who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of Sales operations, HR workflows, automation, reporting, and overall user experience. The candidate should have experience of working on CRM app like (Salesforce, Bizom etc).
This role requires strong functional understanding, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales & Marketing, HR, Management and Integration Partner's team.
Job Descrption
CRM Administration
- Manage and maintain CRM users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Customize and configure CRM objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows.
- Create and maintain sales workflows.
- Automate tasks using Flows, Assignment Rules, Auto-Response Rules, Approvals, and Workflow Rules.
- Build dashboards and reports for Sales/HR leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular data deduplication and clean-up.
- Manage integrations.
Sales Process Management
- Configure Beat Management, Visit Management & Expense Mgmt.
- Support Incentive, target setting, and performance reporting.
- Enable automation for follow-ups, reminders.
- Work with Sales team to understand business needs and convert them into Salesforce solutions.
HR Process Administration
- Configure and manage HR-related objects and workflows (Attendance, Leave Management).
- Maintain employee records within Salesforce.
- Support automation of HR workflows such as approvals, notifications, and employee data updates.
- Maintain role-based access to ensure HR confidentiality and compliance.
- Provide reports to HR such as headcount, attendance summar, attrition, etc.
User Support & Training
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users.
- Conduct periodic trainings for Sales and HR teams.
- Create training materials, SOPs, and documentation for internal use.
- Monitor system adoption and recommend improvements.
Data & Compliance
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage data imports and exports using Data Loader / Data Import Wizard.
- Establish data governance processes for HR and Sales modules.
Technical Skills
- 25 years of experience as a CRM System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Flows, Permission Sets, Profiles, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Understanding of custom objects, schema design, page layouts, and Lightning components.
- Ability to manage custom HR modules.
- Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred but not mandatory.

Good to Have
- Experience with AppExchange apps (for HR, telephony, email automation).
