Role: System Administrator
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 4+ Years
Shift Timing: Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM / 9 PM to 6 AM IST) 5 days working
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:-
- Provide end-user technical support (hardware, software, network).
- Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Administer Windows, Linux, Mac systems & O365.
- Manage Windows Servers (20122022), Active Directory & user accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta (SSO).
- Administer Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) & CrowdStrike.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding with security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/software issues.
- Perform upgrades, patching & vulnerability management.
- Oversee network administration & IT infrastructure.
- Maintain IT documentation & SOPs.
- Collaborate on IT projects and support automation initiatives.
- Stay updated on latest IT and desktop support trends.
