Role: System Administrator

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4+ Years

Shift Timing: Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM / 9 PM to 6 AM IST) – 5 days working

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:-

• Provide end-user technical support (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer Windows, Linux, Mac systems & O365.
• Manage Windows Servers (2012–2022), Active Directory & user accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta (SSO).
• Administer Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) & CrowdStrike.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding with security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/software issues.
• Perform upgrades, patching & vulnerability management.
• Oversee network administration & IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT documentation & SOPs.
• Collaborate on IT projects and support automation initiatives.
• Stay updated on latest IT and desktop support trends.
