We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support application deployment and user support.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in system administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
