Job Description

Role -SAP Commissions Administrator

Location : Bangalore, Whitefield

Experience : 6 to 7 Years

Technical Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud / SAP ICM) in configuration, operations, or support roles.

· Strong operational knowledge of IBM App Connect Enterprise v12 and IBM DataPower Gateway.

· Ability to trace, debug, and analyze REST and SOAP API traffic for troubleshooting data and integration issues.

· Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data validation, debugging, and reporting.

· Good understanding of sales incentive management, commission processing, and payout workflows.

· Experience with data integration between SAP Commissions and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or legacy systems).

· Familiarity with incident and change management processes (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
