Job Summary:
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledSystem AdministratorLevel 3 with strong expertise inMicrosoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible foradvanced system administration, troubleshooting, migrations, and automationwhile ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure. This role requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesWindows & Infrastructure Administration
- Manage, configure, and troubleshootWindows Server environments(AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print services).
- Maintainvirtualized environments(Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
- AdministerO365 tenant servicesincludingExchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- ManageAzure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center.
- Configure and maintainIntune MDM/MAMfor endpoint security and compliance.
- Supporthybrid environments(on-premises AD + Azure AD Connect).
SharePoint & Power Platform
- Administer and supportSharePoint Online/On-Prem, includingsite collections, permissions, and workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintainPower Automate (Flow) solutionsfor business process automation.
- DevelopPower BI dashboards and reportsintegrating data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize collaboration and reporting platforms.
Migration Projects
- Lead and executemigrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
- Performemail and data migrations(Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems).
- Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes.
Security & Compliance
- Implementidentity and access management (IAM)best practices.
- Monitor and respond tosecurity alerts and incidentsacross O365/Azure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
Support & Mentorship
- ProvideL3 supportfor escalated incidents and problem management.
- Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations.
- Mentor and guideL1/L2 engineersin troubleshooting and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience inWindows Server administration.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience withMicrosoft 365 & Azure Administration.
- Strong knowledge ofActive Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Expertise inSharePoint Online/On-Prem,Power BI, andPower Automate.
- Proven track record inO365 / Exchange Online migrationsandSharePoint migrations.
- Experience withIntune, Endpoint Manager, and security tools.
- Solid understanding ofnetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancers).
- Strong scripting skills inPowerShellfor automation and administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.).
- Experience withhybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity withthird-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, etc.).
- Knowledge ofSIEM, SOC monitoring, and advanced security tools.
