The ideal candidate shall have the following:
- Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Servers & Storage
- Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Virtualization / HCI
- Experience in Installation, configuration, Trouble shooting & Maintenance of OSE (Windows & Linux)
- Exposure into databases and networks (LAN, WAN)
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Experience in FW/Software & Patch Upgrade of of Server/Storage & OSE
- Exposure in System Security (AV, EDR, HIPS, DLP etc.)
- Experience on Implementation and enforcement of OS & Application security and backup/recovery strategies
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Experience in troubleshooting & rectification of system performance issue and recommend improvements
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations
- Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of System infrastructure installed at Customer Premises.
- Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting & replacement.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-handling attitude
Requirements:
- Should have managed at-least 3-5 Linux Server in last 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu & Windows Server
- Knowledge of File System, Networking and basic Linux Services.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should have experience in Data Centre
