Windows System Admin:
Detailed Tasks include:
1. Network and Security administration:
a. Monitor for any deployment issues.
b. Monitor for any SSL certificate issues.
c. Monitor Infrastructure security issues.
d. Monitor for the overall health of the network.
e. Assist with set-up and configuration of the network.
2. Disaster recovery and back-up administration:
a. Understand the disaster recovery and back-up procedures.
b. Monitor for back-up being performed.
c. Assist if needed with the disaster recovery process.
3. Server Management:
a. Monitor for established daily, weekly, and monthly back-up being performed.
b. Understand the back-up procedures.
c. Assist with set-up and configuration of the server hardware.
4. Operations administration:
a. Monitor and identify any fine-tuning required for the host machines.
b. Monitor the up time when important updates needs to be installed.
5. Database and application administration:
a. Monitor for any database related issues.
b. Monitor for any application run-time or performance issues.
c. Running the SQL queries in MSSQL Database servers.
d. Running the SQL queries in MSSQL Database servers.
e. Check the logs in the SQL server to troubleshoot the database issues.
6. Issue resolution coordination:
a. Understand the SLA established.
b. Collaborate with the fulfillment, help desk and development team.
c. Identify where the issue resides and call the corresponding team to resolve the issue.
d. Managing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 2008r2, 2016 servers, hardware and network issues.
e. Responsible for Migration /up gradation of windows 2003/2008/2012 servers.
f. Transferring and Seizing of FSMO roles using NTDSutil as well as using GUI, AD backup and restoration.
g. Perform various database tunings methods to work database smoothly.
7. Internet Information System:
a. Configure the IIS and deploy the application on the Web Servers.
b. Creating CSR, Import and Export SSL certificate in IIS.
c. Configuring Application Pools and creating Multiple websites through Virtual directory, IIS Performance Tuning.
8. Azure Administration:
a. Designing and implementing Azure Infrastructure.
b. Manage subscriptions, Azure Identities, RBAC and Governance.
c. Deployment of workloads like Configuring VMs, Containers, App Services,
Databases, Storage Accounts, Load balancing and Gateways.
d. Managing and Securing Azure resources, Virtual Networking to meet the desired
security level.
e. Monitor and troubleshoot virtual networking and other resources using App insights or
Azure Monitor.
f. Planning Backup / Restore of Azure Resources, DR scenarios of Azure resources.
g. PowerShell Scripting.

Good communications skills and an ability to interact and clarify questions from Azure team.
