Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator - IT & ERP role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing IT systems, providing technical support, performing system administration tasks, overseeing network infrastructure (routers, switches, WiFi, etc.), and troubleshooting technical issues (re: PCs, printers, servers, etc.). The candidate will ensure the performance, availability, and security of IT and ERP systems (firewall, user access, etc.), while also contributing to process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in System Administration / ERP system management
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing comprehensive Technical Support to end-users
• Proficiency in Network Administration and maintaining connectivity across systems
• Deep understanding of Information Technology infrastructure and relevant modern tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Salary: Up to Rs. 40,000/mo
