About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on System Administrator / IT Executive who enjoys solving real-time tech issues and keeping systems running smoothly. If you have strong hardware troubleshooting skills + L1 support experience, this role is for you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops & peripherals
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS issues
  • Install, configure & maintain end-user systems
  • Manage user accounts, password resets & lockouts (Active Directory)
  • Handle hardware troubleshooting & basic repairs (RAM, HDD/SSD, BIOS, power issues)
  • Diagnose printer issues (drivers, spooler, connectivity)
  • Configure LAN/Wi-Fi & troubleshoot network issues (DNS, IP, access)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding (asset allocation, system setup, access control)
  • Perform system updates, patching & software installations
  • Assist in antivirus deployment & monitoring
  • Maintain IT asset inventory & documentation
  • Log, track & resolve tickets via IT helpdesk system
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required

What We're Looking For (Skills)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS & basic Linux
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
  • Active Directory & Group Policy experience
  • Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • OS installation, system formatting & driver configuration
  • Printer, scanner & peripheral troubleshooting
  • Basic IT security & backup knowledge
  • IT asset lifecycle management understanding
  • cPanel knowledge is a bonus

  • Team player with ownership attitude
