Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Ensure system security through updates, patches, and antivirus management.

• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.

• Assist in IT projects, software deployment, and upgrades.

• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.

• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.

• Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) preferred.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification:
