Location: Noida (On site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The IT Support / System Administrator will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintaining the organization's IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, telephony and other IT-related issues (onsite and remote).
  • Experience with telephony/communication systems (Avaya, Genesys, SIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Zoom, Teams, Cisco).
  • Strong in troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management.
  • Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure cloud PC and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage IT assets, perform inventory audits, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
  • Enforce security best practices and company policies across systems and users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and support IT solutions.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors in a 24x7 support environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune policy, M365 admin, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure cloud, AWS) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, SLA management, and escalation frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / MCSA / MS-900.
  • ITIL Foundation.
