Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and technically skilled professional to manage IT systems and monitor surveillance operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of computer networks, servers, and CCTV systems while maintaining security and system efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data security
- Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes
- Maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Ensure system updates, antivirus, and security patches are applied
CCTV Operations- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously
- Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches
- Maintain CCTV recordings and ensure proper storage
- Check camera functionality and coordinate repairs if needed
- Prepare incident reports based on surveillance findings
Required Skills- Basic to advanced knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, IP systems)
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR setup
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and alertness
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
Qualifications- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in system administration and/or CCTV monitoring preferred

- Good observation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Quick decision-making in critical situations
NoteIn large organizations, these roles are usually separate:
- System Administrator → IT infrastructure
- CCTV Operator → Security monitoring
But in smaller companies, they can be combined into one role as above.
