Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on IBM AIX.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM AIX operating system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AIX administration tools (e.g., SMIT, DSM)
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• - Good communication and documentation skills
• - Ability to work in a team environment

Certification in AIX administration (e.g., IBM Certified System Administrator - AIX)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience.

• Experience with IBM Power Systems and virtualization (e.g., PowerVM)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python)
• Familiarity with other UNIX-based operating systems (e.g., Linux, Solaris)
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices
