Seeking an SCCM Administrator to run 247 operations for Windows server patching and software deployment. You'll maintain SCCM health across clients/servers/DPs, set up and troubleshoot MP/DP infrastructure and agent issues, plan upgrades and changes under strict change control, and drive compliance reporting (SQL). The role includes creating MSI/3rd-party packages, leveraging PowerShell, producing monthly patch metrics, coordinating configuration management through the product lifecycle, working with Microsoft/vendor support, mentoring admins, and collaborating across teams-on a night/weekend shift rotation.
Operate in a 247 shift model support nights/weekends.
Deploy monthly security patches and out-of-band releases to Windows servers.
Set up, deploy, and troubleshoot SCCM MP/DP servers and resolve agent deployment/health issues.
Maintain SCCM environment health (clients, servers, distribution points).
Lead and plan SCCM upgrades/changes following established change control.
Coordinate & implement configuration management across the product lifecycle.
Produce monthly patching reports build SQL-based operational/compliance reporting.
Create/update SCCM documentation and provide metrics to stakeholders.
Build MSI and 3rd-party software packages create collections and update packages for Microsoft bulletins/hotfixes.
Use PowerShell for automation and administration (desirable).
Provide deep-dive troubleshooting engage Microsoft/vendors on platform issues.
Follow ITSM processes (change/incident/request/problem).
Collect, analyze, and report operational data to meet compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams deliver quality customer service.
Mentor and train SCCM administrators help manage team objectives and project tasks.
Stay current on hardware/software advances handle conflicting priorities flexible for off-hours work.
Perform other duties as assigned by Technical Support leadership.
