Proven experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, servers, and applications.
Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g.,ServiceNow,Remedy,JIRA,etc.).
Knowledge of log analysis, system monitoring, and incident management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first approach.
Ability to analyze root causes and provide effective solutions.
Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage priorities effectively.
Experience supporting telecom or enterprise IT systems (e.g.,AT&T environments).
