Description

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure and related systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure system security and integrity by applying patches and updates regularly.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Manage backups and disaster recovery plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
