Candidate Profile & Key Responsibilities:

• Proven hands-on experience in managing high availability infrastructure
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in:
• Hosting and managing websites on Windows Server 2003
• IIS 6.0 / 7.0 configuration and maintenance
• Working with .NET Frameworks (2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0) in hosting environments
• Experience working with SQL Server 2005, ideally in a clustered environment
• Database administration skills are highly preferred
• Should have implementation experience support-only backgrounds will not be suitable
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a significant plus

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Windows Server (2003 and above)
• IIS 6.0 / 7.0
• .NET Framework deployment and troubleshooting
• SQL Server 2005 Clustering and Database Management
• Web hosting setup and infrastructure design
• Problem-solving in production/live environments
