Job Description

  • 1+ year of relevant experience is required.
  • Really good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills is needed.
  • Certifications in Microsoft cloud is must.
  • Test alternative pathways until an issue is resolved.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
  • Should help create technical documentation and manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
