Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end data migration and management projects usingSyniti's Advanced Data Migration & Management (ADMM)platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyse, and documentdata migration and data management requirements.
- Configure and develop Syniti ADMM solutions, including:
- Data mapping, transformations, and validation rules.
- Workflow and process automation within the ADMM framework.
- Integration with source and target systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, non-SAP systems, etc.).
- Ensuredata quality, consistency, and compliancethroughout the migration lifecycle.
- Performunit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance supportfor migration objects.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Supportcutover activitiesand post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withSyniti ADMM(Application/Advanced Data Migration & Management).
- Knowledge ofSAP data models(SAP S/4HANA, ECC MM, SD, FI, CO, etc.).
- Proficiency indata profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and validationtechniques.
- Experience inETL (Extract, Transform, Load)processes and data integration.
- Good understanding ofdata governanceandmaster data management (MDM)principles.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server).
- Experience withSAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services)is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in Agile / Waterfall project environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scaleSAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Exposure toCPI, SLT, or other SAP integration tools.
- Familiarity withcloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)for data migration.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
