Description
We are seeking an experienced Syniti ADM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, specifically with Syniti tools, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data management solutions using Syniti tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality across systems
- Provide training and support to end-users on Syniti applications
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and systems
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data management
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in data management or related field
- Proficiency in Syniti ADM tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with database management systems and SQL
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data migration processes and ETL tools
