Syniti ADM - SAP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) team. The ideal candidate will have 38 years of hands-on experience in SAP module implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for assigned SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, etc.).
• Analyze and resolve issues (incidents, problems) reported by users in alignment with SLAs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement system enhancements and small development projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
• Support data migration, integration, and interface activities with other systems.
• Ensure adherence to change management and documentation practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions aligned with business processes.
• Support system upgrades, testing, patching, and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 38 years of experience in SAP consulting with expertise in at least one core module (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in SAP support and maintenance (ADM environment).
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, integration points, and business processes.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL processes.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to document technical/functional designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with S/4HANA or migration projects.
• Exposure to ABAP debugging or working with technical teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
• Certification in SAP module(s) or ITIL is a plus.
• Experience in working with onsite-offshore delivery models.
