Role Description

This is an remote, part-time role for an Translation of travel and visa related documents. The sworn translator should be approved by relevant authorities such as Urssaf, MEA etc and have strong professional background in this field. The role may also involve assisting with refining the translation processes and tools used by the company as the first check followed by manual proof-reading.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German, English and Indian regional languages including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding nuances in both languages
• Embassy and other language certifications
• Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure grammatical accuracy and cultural appropriateness
• Familiarity with digital translation tools or language-processing technologies
• Capability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in translation or working with multilingual platforms is advantageous
