Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Swimming Pool Technician located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing swimming pool equipment, testing and adjusting pool water chemistry, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The technician will also handle pool cleaning, assess pool equipment for wear and tear, and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming pool maintenance, repair, and equipment upkeep
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing procedures, and chemical balancing
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix mechanical or electrical issues with pool equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks safely
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Valid certification in pool operations is a plus
• Previous experience working with commercial or residential swimming pools preferred
