This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Swimming Pool Attendant at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Swimming Pool Attendant will oversee the safety and cleanliness of the pool area while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Tasks include monitoring pool use to ensure safety, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting guests, and handling pool-related inquiries. The role emphasizes providing friendly and prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Basic swimming and first aid skills, with certification in lifesaving and CPR preferred
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional guest service
• Strong communication skills to address guest inquiries effectively
• Ability to work on-site for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is an advantage
