We're Hiring | Swimming Instructor (Full-Time)
Location: Brigade Tech Gardens, Brookefields, Kundalahalli, Bangalore
We are looking for a passionate and professional Swimming Instructor to join our team at F1tco, located within a premium facility featuring a stunning open terrace rooftop pool.
Role Overview:
• Conduct swimming training sessions for members (all age groups)
• Ensure safety standards and pool discipline at all times
• Design structured training plans for beginners to advanced swimmers
• Maintain high levels of engagement and member experience
What We're Looking For:
• Certified Swimming Instructor (preferred)
• Prior coaching/training experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
