Key Deliverables:

• Conduct training sessions to develop swimming techniques and water confidence
• Educate students on water safety and emergency response
• Monitor student progress and maintain training records
• Prepare swimmers for competitions and performance goals

• Assess students skill levels and tailor training programs
• Maintain pool safety, hygiene, and equipment standards
• Build strong, encouraging relationships with learners
• Demonstrate and teach advanced aquatic techniques
