This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Program Advisor located in Chennai. The Swim Program Advisor will be responsible for designing and implementing swim programs, working closely with swimmers to assess their skill levels, and offering personalized guidance to meet their goals. The role involves scheduling training sessions, maintaining program records, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality swim experience for participants. Additionally, the Swim Program Advisor will collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations of the swim facility.

• Strong understanding of swimming techniques and training methodologies
• Effective communication skills, ability to provide clear instructions, and build rapport with participants
• Organizational skills for scheduling and program management
• Ability to assess individual swimmer progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor training accordingly
• Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent and First Aid/CPR certification are highly beneficial
• Passion for swimming, fitness, and promoting a safe and healthy lifestyle
