Additionally, NAC provides specialized support services, including Strength and Conditioning and Nutritional Guidance, to support overall well-being and aquatic excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Swim Coach located in Bengaluru. The Swim Coach will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, developing training programs for individuals of different skill levels, overseeing daily swim workouts, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on aquatic best practices, monitoring swimmers progress, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications

• ASCA Level 3 or equivalent / NIS Diploma in Sports Coaching
• Demonstrated skills in Swimming and strong knowledge of Aquatic activities
• Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with children and adults
• Knowledge of competitive swimming techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good work ethic and ability to cope with a dynamic work environment
