Swim Coach

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Swim Coach, located in Hyderabad. The Swim Coach should have experience of working with children in Europe. The Swim Coach will be responsible for consucting bootcamps, providing professional swim instruction, and conducting structured swim lessons.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swim Instruction and coaching for individuals or groups
• Strong Swimming skills and the ability to plan and implement swim lessons
• Knowledge and experience in Aquatics and water-based fitness activities
• Patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate participants of all levels
• Relevant certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, or Swim Instructor certification are preferred
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with specific needs is an advantage
