Agitator Driver
- $45.56 + Super (base + penalties)
- Monday-Friday, 3 - 4am Start, 12 1pm finish
- Approx. 55 hour working week
About The Client
Our client operates an integrated supply chain servicing the construction industry, supplying a broad range of essential materials and services, including raw materials, cement, concrete and asphalt, as well as transport and logistics solutions. It also provides specialised testing and technical services through its Materials Technology Centre. The company supports a diverse range of residential, commercial and civil infrastructure projects across the state, supplying heavy construction products and related services to meet the needs of various construction and development projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Safely operate agitator trucks in accordance with all relevant road regulations, company procedures and workplace safety requirements. Ensure delivery instructions are accurately followed, including confirming the correct concrete mix and delivery location prior to and during each delivery.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to identify and report any defects or maintenance issues, while maintaining the truck in a clean and presentable condition. Ensure all equipment is operated safely and responsibly to support reliable and efficient deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel to coordinate deliveries and ensure concrete is delivered smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety, adhering to established procedures and contributing to a safe, hazard-free working environment.
