Responsibilities Include
- Monitor ATM terminal health and status in real time, identifying outages, abnormal behaviors, and recovery opportunities.
- Perform first‑line software recovery actions such as NeoCrypt restarts, service resets, and configuration checks to minimize full terminal reboots.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance events, capturing pre‑/post‑maintenance snapshots and helping assess their operational impact.
- Assist in root‑cause analysis for recurring terminal failures, offline patterns, and behavior triggered by software patches or maintenance changes.
- Work with global teams to support recovery activities for large sets of terminals (e.g., post‑maintenance OOS/Offline terminals).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SW Deployment, Operations, Regional IT) to resolve software‑related incidents efficiently and prevent duplicated efforts.
- Document recovery procedures, terminal behavior patterns, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Support the COE's long‑term initiative to centralize, standardize, and enhance ATM terminal recovery across all regions.
