SW Engineer III

Job Summary:

Responsible for technical leadership and high-quality software development in C#.NET within Agile/SAFe environments. Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise software, improves code stability and performance, mentors team members, and ensures adherence to best practices and secure development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain C#.NET applications.
• Implement and enforce secure development practices and SDLC.
• Lead and participate in code review sessions.
• Practice Agile/SAFe methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high-quality software delivery.
