What would you do You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Identify and analyze specific and well-documented requirements for business needs related to processes, organizations systems, applications etc including the ability to understand and map the requirements to the given business problems. It involves defining the scope of the project, the timescales and resources needed to complete it.
What are we looking for As an S2C Functional Architect, you will design and optimize end to end sourcing and contracting solutions for global clients. You will be part of discovery and design workshops, shape business requirements, and deliver functional designs across the full S2C lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to contracting, repository management, and analytics. You will translate business needs into scalable, technology enabled target architectures, define operating models and solution blueprints, and guide delivery through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. The role also enables AI/GenAI driven productivity across S2C while keeping decision control with users. Success requires strong stakeholder management, problem solving skills, deep S2C expertise, and the ability to bridge business outcomes with platform capabilities across business, technology, data, and change teams
- 10+ years of experience leading Source-to-Contract transformation and process optimization initiatives across industries and global operating models.
- Strong expertise across core S2C domains: intake/request management, sourcing execution (RFx), supplier collaboration, evaluations/awards and contracting.
- Skilled in designing functional architectures, end-to-end process flows, solution blueprints.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills to simplify complex stakeholder requirements into scalable, configurable designs.
- Proficient in defining business rules, workflow routing/triage logic, approval matrices, role-based experiences, and data flow mappings across intake sourcing contracting.
- Experienced in workshop facilitation, requirement elicitation, backlog shaping, and cross-team collaboration across product, engineering, data, security, and business SMEs.
- Guide delivery teams through configuration decisions, dependency management, SIT/UAT readiness, and go-live cutover with strong governance on scope and functional quality.
- Strong documentation and communication skills—able to translate business needs into clear functional specifications that guide delivery teams and reduce rework.
