SW Application Developer

RTAC is looking for an Application Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of business applications and enterprise software solutions.

• Develop and enhance application modules.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with databases, APIs, integrations, and application components.
• Identify and resolve application issues.
• Perform unit testing and support production releases.
• Follow coding standards and development processes.
• Coordinate with QA, Support, Infrastructure, and other teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

• 1–3 years of relevant software development experience.
• Good programming fundamentals and OOP knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of APIs and Git.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
