Inviting applications for the role of SVP - Tech Lead!

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary SVP - Tech Lead to lead a global practice of 50 solution architects. This role is central to driving enterprise-grade solutioning across Technology, Agentic, Digital Transformation, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, and AI/ML along with traditional and emerging Outsourcing (tech and business / Agentic operations).The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead high-stakes client oral sessions. The candidate must have worked with global clients and led large solutions for pursuits with global footprint, multiple roll outs, various operating models, new and emerging commercial constructs (agents + human, gain share etc.). They will also be responsible for developing and institutionalizing solutioning artifacts such as estimators, frameworks, and repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

- Lead and mentor a global team of 50 solution architects across diverse technology domains.
- Define and evolve solutioning frameworks, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Build and scale capabilities in emerging technologies including Gen AI, cloud-native platforms, and data modernization.

Solutioning & Architecture

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), data platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Own end-to-end solution design for large transformation programs, including pre-sales, proposal development, and client workshops.
- Develop and maintain solutioning artifacts such as estimators, solutioning processes, and reusable frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency.

Work across multiple deal Architypes - Standalone tech (IT transformation, IT outsourcing, IT / App modernization) , Digital transformation ( front to back transformation with tech enablement, CX and design interventions) , integrated deals with BPO / Digital Ops and large scale GCC and/ or managed services setup

Be able to drive large scale domain led transformation solutions especially in F&A , S2P, R2R and bringing the value delivery perspective and driving the business case, not necessarily just headcount but optmising TCO and productivity.

Client Engagement & Executive Presence

- Lead strategic client oral sessions, demonstrating strong executive presence and storytelling ability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Engage with CxOs and enterprise architects to shape transformation roadmaps and influence decision-making.

Innovation & Offerings Development

- Drive the development of reusable solution assets, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and infuse innovation into solutioning approaches.
- Partner with internal CoEs to co-create offerings in Gen AI, cloud modernization, and intelligent automation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

-experience in solution architecture across Technology, Digital, Cloud, Data & AI along with specific areas of functional experience in insurance / manufacturing / FS etc.
- Proven leadership in managing large architecture teams and complex solutioning engagements.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and AI/ML frameworks.

Ability to run multi tower solution across tech, tech operations and business process operatings enabled by AI and Agentic layer.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, API management, and security.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with a track record of leading client oral sessions.
- Experience in developing estimators, solutioning processes, and repeatable frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
