SVP – Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment, Global Insurance (India NCR) (CLOSED)

A global insurance organisation is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive enterprise portfolio governance, strategic program execution, and organisational alignment across global business functions. This role will partner with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively across complex, multi-region environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio management and strategic initiative governance
• Drive execution of large-scale transformation and cross-functional programs
• Partner with senior leadership to align strategy, delivery, and business outcomes
• Establish and optimise PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards
• Drive Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery practices at scale
• Lead organisational change and transformation adoption across business units
• Support Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and shared services transformation initiatives

Key Requirements

• 20+ years in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or portfolio leadership roles within insurance
• Strong experience working with GCCs, shared services, or large global operating models
• Proven success leading complex global programs across multiple business functions
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required MBA preferred
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications advantageous
