Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to oversee and provide direction for the implementation of the Lending platform. The role involves leading delivery teams, ensuring alignment with technical standards, and driving best practices in the core banking transformation.
Responsibility:
- Define the technical strategy for Lending platform implementation.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Lending solutions.
- Ensure technical governance, security compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to optimize solutions.
- Oversee risk management, quality control, and code reviews.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor communications.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-market platform implementations.
- Strong expertise in Lending systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with core banking platforms such as ACBS.
- Deep knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for Lending technology.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with distributed teams.
