Role
Support troubleshooting, analysis, and continuous improvement of complex X-ray systems by
applying strong electronics fundamentals and a structured problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities – Supporting Sustenance activities
- Assist in troubleshooting field and internal failures in X-ray systems (electrical/electronic level)
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methods (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
- Perform basic measurements and debugging using tools like Multimeter, Oscilloscope (if
experienced)
- Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Service) to resolve issues
- Document findings, test results, and corrective actions clearly
- Continuously learn system architecture, subsystems, and failure modes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Diploma with 0–4 years of experience
- Freshers with strong fundamentals and good academics can apply
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Basic electronics (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors)
- Digital electronics (logic gates, digital ICs, Combinational circuits, etc)
- Circuit understanding and schematic reading
- Basic electrical concepts (voltage, current, grounding, signals)
- Exposure (academic or project-level) to:
- Troubleshooting or debugging circuits/systems
- Lab instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope – added advantage)
What we Specifically are looking for
- Demonstrates structured thinking in problem solving (not guesswork)
- Shows curiosity to understand why a failure happens
- Has done hands-on projects / practical work, not just theoretical knowledge
- Able to break down complex problems into smaller parts
- Willingness to learn new domains like X-ray systems and medical devices
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment
Nice to have
- Internship/project experience in:
- Electronics debugging
- Embedded systems / hardware testing
- Basic understanding of medical devices or safety standards (IEC 60601
