Overview

Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Global Commercial & Consumers Application IT systems and integrations. The role involves analyzing incidents, implementing sustainable fixes, coordinating with cross-functional and third-party teams, and driving automation and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency. By combining technical expertise with strong collaboration skills, the Sr Analyst ensures seamless business operations and alignment of IT services with sector objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational stability of global IT systems by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents within SLA to minimize business disruption.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues, propose sustainable fixes, and coordinate implementation with development, infrastructure, and third-party teams.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system reliability, reduce manual interventions, and increase efficiency in sustainment activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, integration teams, and vendor partners to align IT service delivery with global priorities and operational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure configuration, change, and release processes are followed in compliance with IT governance.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for system optimization, capacity planning, and forward-looking enhancements to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
